My Aged Care Services

Navigating aged care can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to understand assessments, funding options and the right type of support for yourself or a loved one.

EC Care is a registered My Aged Care provider offering compassionate, personalised and practical aged care services through the Support at Home program. Our goal is to help older Australians continue living safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

Whether you are just beginning your My Aged Care journey, have already been assessed, or are looking for a provider who will listen and tailor support around your needs, EC Care can help you understand your options and arrange services that suit your lifestyle, health needs and personal goals.

Our care is built around respect, dignity and choice. We work with each person to provide support that reflects their preferences, cultural background, daily routines and level of independence.

Support at Home

The Support at Home program is designed to help older Australians access the care and assistance they need while continuing to live at home. Through My Aged Care, eligible clients may receive support with everyday tasks, personal care, nursing, transport, social connection, respite and more specialised care needs.

At EC Care, we understand that every person’s situation is different. Some people may only need a small amount of support with household tasks or transport, while others may need regular personal care, nursing support or more complex assistance at home.

Our team works with you to create a care approach that is practical, respectful and centred around your goals. We focus on helping you maintain your independence, stay connected to your community and feel safe and supported at home.

What is My Aged Care?

My Aged Care is the Australian Government’s central access point for aged care services and support. It helps older Australians access services that allow them to remain living safely and independently, whether at home, in the community or through residential care when needed.

You may be eligible for My Aged Care support if you are aged 65 years or older, or 50 years or older if you are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. Services may include domestic assistance, personal care, clinical and nursing support, transport, social support, dementia care, palliative care and respite care.

Why choose EC Care?
